Enhanced Home Care

Whether undergoing treatments such as chemotherapy or radiation, managing complex chronic conditions, or providing support for the individual and family during hospice care, we have the professional staff and expertise that supports these extensive needs.

Enhanced care includes all of our personal care services, plus:

Assisting bed-bound customers with special needs including comfort measures and preventing pressure sores.
Care and support for paraplegic or quadraplegic individuals.
Transfers with assistive devices such as a Hoyer lift, sit-to-stand, or slide board.
Providing support and assistance for cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy or radiation.
Managing a chronic condition to prevent further decline.
Staffing support for hospice or palliative care.
Setting up the home care environment and assistance with ordering appropriate equipment and supplies.
Medication management, with support from a consulting Registered Nurse.
Other specialized needs.

We have a 3rd level of support call Complex Care.

This level of support is reserved for the most complex clients. A few examples are:

Traumatic Head Injuries
End Stage Hospice Care
End Stage Dementia & Alzheimer's
