Services are designed for those who need "a little help" to remain independent and age-in-place.  With your input, we help identify all the things that would be most helpful and could make your life easier, then create a unique Plan of Care that provides direction to your caregivers. Through the Plan of Care, we not only identify what needs to be done, but based on your personality and preferences, how services should be provided.  Do you like a friendly and outgoing caregiver or would you prefer a caregiver that is quiet and gives you plenty of space? What type of food do you like and is there a recipe that you prefer? Do you need a little encouragement to accomplish daily tasks, or full assistance?
